BedTyme Curriculum

There is quite a bit to learn about how insomnia develops and how it is best approached to sleep better. BedTyme makes this fun! In the first two weeks you get to watch a two to five minute long video daily that teaches you our core CBTi curriculum. Daily text based vignettes teach you pearls and important insights. Your coach will clarify any questions that come up as you work on the course material.

Sleep Coaching

This is where things are different from other sleep apps. At BedTyme we believe that it is difficult to get past insomnia without the guidance, support and accountability of a human being. Therefore, you will be assigned a sleep coach knowledgable in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTi) within 24 business hours of starting your free trial.

You will be asked to keep a diary of your mood and alertness as well as how you’ve slept on daily basis. Together with your coach you will use this information to modify goals and strategies as needed.
