Hi, I’m Daniel and I am a sleep doctor. Having worked more than 7 years in multiple sleep clinics I witnessed first hand what a toll insomnia takes on people’s lives. Seeing how effectively techniques known as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) were in helping patients sleep better, I became increasingly baffled by the lack of awareness and made a simple, self-directed app.
Hello, my name is Jamie and I have been practicing pediatrics for more than 7 years. Helping parents with behavioral concerns like picky eating or sleep issues, I realized how hard it is to ask families to change habits without explaining why.
Combining our knowledge and experience we created BedTyme, the first ever app that combines a CBT based curriculum with personal sleep coaching.
Just in case you wonder, we are married and live with our two kids in Eugene, Oregon. We enjoy hiking, biking and trying our best.
